Stained Glass Workshop Beach Theme

We are pleased to offer a beginners stained glass workshop on Saturday 13th April.

The theme this time is the Beach. You will be taught general techniques including cutting glass, grinding, foiling and soldering to complete as many of the available patterns highlighted here during the workshop. The cost of £60 includes all materials and use of equipment in our own workroom. If you are interested then call to reserve your place with a £20 deposit. Spaces are limited but if enough interest is generated we may be able to offer a second day close to this one.

Classes are available on our premises every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings 10.30 – 1 pm and Wednesday evening 6.30 – 9pm. Cost £10.00 per session booked 4 weekly in advance. Please contact Jenny for full details tel: 01304 448500
To support your beading we stock a range of Miyuki seed beads & delicas, an extensive range of Super-Duos, Czech fire polish beads, Swarovski elements & pearls plus various glass embellishments; gold/silver plated and sterling silver findings/clasps etc. We have a growing selection of specialist beads including Kheops, O Beads, Pip beads, bricks and pinch beads.

Beginners and intermediate beaders are welcome. If you are new we offer a new pattern each week which will highlight new techniques and skills allowing you to progress at your pace, Intermediate beader’s are welcome also who wish to enhance their skills and join a like-minded group.

Tea and coffee available as part of the class.

We are currently full on Wednesday evening, Thursday and Friday Mornings but are holding a waiting list for these days.

When I think “vintage” I think of pearls, diamonds and flowers. I made this necklace with rose cabochons, Swarovski pearls, Preciosa crystal Bicones and Rose Montees.

We are now offering our classes on 4 days per week running sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 10.30 – 1pm. We also offer classes on a Wednesday evening. We have a few spaces free Except Friday and Wednesday evening where we holding a waiting list. Our stock continues to grow with new additions coming in every couple of weeks. From new colour ways in regular lines such as SuperDuo and Firepolish beads to new lines all together like our semi precious and natural stone beads. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our offer that if we do not have what you require in our stock we will obtain it for you. We have accounts with top suppliers including Beadsmith, Preciosa and Koralex offering us the very best quality products in the beading world.

Hazeedaze celebrates 3 years trading

We are thrilled to announce that we are about to celebrate our 3rd birthday.

Since opening in March 2014 we have continued to expand our range of products and indeed our retail space. Last year we opened the latest phase of our development our bespoke craft workroom where we hold daily lessons in bead weaving, stained glass and modern crochet. We have 3 resident tutors offering over 20 hours lesson time per week.

We are looking to develop specialist workshops in beadweaving over the coming months.

We continue to expand the range of beads on offer from our shop and increase the volume on our website.

National Beading Week 30th July 7th August 2016

New stained glass courses starting June 10th

New Stained glass courses for beginners starting June 10th.

Our new beginner’s courses in Stained glass are available from the 10th June where students will be able to learn the basics of both Copper foil and lead techniques.

Courses will run for 8 weeks and last 2.5 hours. Students will be introduced to the techniques involved in making stained glass through small projects and being able to progress to larger projects and their own designs as they choose.

Course fees are £120 with a small additional cost for materials selected from our stock. We will also provide all equipment necessary to complete the projects.
